Three generations, one family, one beloved recipe. Jamie took her grandmother's cheese straw recipe and turned it into Janis & Melanie — a business her children now run. Nearly 40 years later, we still use real butter, real cheese, and simple ingredients, nothing artificial, because for us, food has always meant love.
